A small boutique hotel a few streets back from the Sarandë promenade, close enough that the evening walk to the seafront restaurants is part of the routine, far enough that the beach-bar bass stays behind you at night. The sea-view rooms face the bay and Corfu beyond it — worth asking for at booking, because they go first.
The location works hardest as a base: Butrint and Ksamil are twenty minutes south, the Blue Eye half an hour inland, and the Lëkurësi castle sunset is a short taxi up the hill. Breakfast, walking distance to everything, and a front desk that will arrange your boat trip — the boutique formula, done in Sarandë's old town.
