Every rental partner goes through a five-step review before a single car appears in search — we visit the lot, ride along on a pickup, audit the contract, and call three recent customers. The questions every operator asks.
Do you charge a monthly fee?
Not on the Standard tier. Commission only — 12% on confirmed, completed bookings. Featured and Premium tiers add a flat monthly fee in exchange for placement, and that fee is disclosed upfront with no auto-renew lock-in.
How long does setup take?
A single car on the lightweight dashboard can be live in under an hour. A 30-vehicle CSV import is usually same-day. API integrations take one to three weeks depending on your DMS, and we provide the documentation and a contact on our engineering side for the duration.
Who handles customer service?
You do, for the booking itself — pickup, handover, the car. We handle pre-booking enquiries, escalations, and disputes that need a neutral third party. The customer always has both your number and ours.
What if a customer cancels?
Your cancellation policy is your call — flexible, moderate, or strict. We surface it clearly on every listing and only collect commission on completed bookings. No-shows do not pay us, and they do not pay you.
Can I be on the site if I am not an LLC?
Yes — registered sole-proprietorships (Person Fizik) are welcome. We do require a valid Albanian business registration (NIPT) and quarterly VAT filings if you are above the threshold. We will help you understand what applies; we are not a substitute for your accountant.
What happens if my fleet under-performs?
We send you a quarterly performance review with booking velocity, conversion, and partner-reply SLA against the directory average. If a listing falls below the bar for two quarters running we talk first — coverage gaps, price drift, photo quality. We only delist as a last resort.
